BOOKS AND PLAYS

On the book front, I am preparing second editions of both 'A History of Crumpsall' and 'A History of Cheetham Hill Road' which will contain additional 'never before seen' sections and images, whilst continuing work on 'A History of Collyhurst and Harpurhey' which will contain some great stories of people, buildings and events from the past in these two older parts of Manchester. I hope to bring this third book in the 'A History of' series to print by the end of May. If you'd like to put your name down for a copy, let me know and I'll start a list and then let you know as soon as they are available to order.

I'm delighted to say that I'm also collaborating with three other authors to bring their stories to publication and, for all the followers of 'Geroff' out there, his eighth -and FINAL - volume will be out very soon.

On Easter Monday we broadcast an animated version of the Middleton Pace Egg Play voiced over by our usual cast with a few old, familiar faces added for good luck.
